One of the primary functions of the association and its board is to manage the road. This includes tasks like paving, drainage, repair, etc. Click on Road Map to view the layout of the road. There are a couple things to remember about the road:

• The road is more than just the pavement; the road right-of-way is wider than just the paved sections.

• The pavement is NOT always down the center of the road right-of-way.

• The association owns the road (even the road in front of your house!), not individual homeowners.

• Only association members and their guests may park on the road.
